no experience.: The person Jane who answers the phone was unable to make an appointment without saying she had to call patients to confirm the appointment they have. we finally settled upon a time a week away for a specific time and date. when i called to confirm she had put the appointment on a different day, obviously not paying attention to what had been agreed upon. So in order to make another, at a date convenient to me, she set another appointment. for a different day, which i asked her to confirm ,by email. after several hours i called because i never received an email she said she was confirming appointments.I said every time i call you say the same thing I need to see some one so i guess I need to find another dr. She said " u are upset lets end this conversation." I have a serious problem , and needed to be seen.I have worked in the medical field to 25 years. its sad to know how the people who supposedly work in a drs office cant get their mind around how to make appointments. Never saw the dr maye he is good but his office is frighteningly inefficient
